At The Gate, students are provided with a hot meal for a duration of the afternoon, with snacks and water always available!

Every program day, we gather all of the students together in a time designed to build connections. This time consists of sharing a short verse or devotional, and having a conversational question time. We finish by taking prayer requests and sharing announcements of upcoming events!

Each program day, students have the opportunity to choose what they wish to participate in, ranging from our homework room to a pickleball tournament in the gym!

Students are invited every program day to an optional devotional time, were they are led through a devotional lesson based around a bible lesson!

A pillar of The Gate is to provide a space where middle schoolers can build connections and friendships with their peers. One way we accomplish this is through offering large group activities for everyone to participate in.

The first week of every month, we celebrate birthdays by opening the café to students! All students with a birthday in that month get a free candy and drink, and the other students are welcome to purchase items or redeem points for free items!
